General Warranty Terms and Conditions
STANLEY® Power Tools will repair, any defects due to defective materials or workmanship, within 2 years (1 year Manufacturing warranty* + 1 year service Warranty*)
STANLEY® FATMAX will repair any defects due to defective materials or workmanship, within 1 year Manufacturing warranty*
Or 3 years (1-year Manufacturing warranty* + 2-year service Warranty) up on tool registration
Chargers and battery Warranty:
• STANLEY® Power Tools are covered for 6 months of manufacturing warranty.
• STANLEY®FATMAX are covered for 1 year of manufacturing warranty.
Laser Tools: 1-year manufacturing warranty.
The Warranty does not cover:
- Part failure due to excessive wear and tear or tool misuse wear and tear refers to the number of hours and/or the environment that a product has been used in. This can affect: Armature Commutators, Bearings, Switches, Beat Pieces, Clutches, Gear & Pinion, Gearcase, Brushes, lubricants, Clamshells, Cord sets, Rubber parts.
- Attachments such as (Chuck, Guard, Handles, wheel, Nozzle, Magazine, Flanges…etc.)
- Misuse of tool such as:
- Extreme impacts or drops
- Ingestion of foreign objects (i.e. nails, screws)
- Using tool for non-intended application
- Any modification to the tool
- Prolonged exposure to extreme weather conditions
- Wrong voltage
- Water damage
- Using incorrect accessories or attachments
- Lack of recommended service (especially hammers)
- Using non genuine STANLEY® spare parts and accessories
- Repaired outside authorized service centers
How to Make a Repair Request
- Contact Your Seller: Reach out to your seller or find your nearest STANLEY® authorized repair agent at http://www.2helpU.com
- Return the Tool: Ensure your STANLEY® tool is returned with all parts complete to the seller or an authorized repair agent along with the original proof of purchase
- STANLEY® reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet warranty conditions.
Notes:
• The warranty agreement is not transferable and does not apply for tools purchased from unauthorized sellers.
• For STANLEY® FATMAX Tool has to be registered within four weeks of purchase to qualify for the STANLEY® 3-years warranty. If not registered or if no registration certificate can be provided only a 1-year warranty applies (website: www.stanleytools.ae)
